We are Chris and Jamie, and we founded Open Door Property Management because we believe landlords deserve better.
Between us, we have years of experience in hospitality and property management. Chris owns and runs a hotel right here in Morecambe Bay along with several other businesses including serviced apartments and has a wealth of experience in property and all aspects of property management and business. Jamie has managed various hotels over the course of his career and has great experience in developing relationships and giving excellent customer service ensuring every client is valued. He also shares a business with Chris and operates apartments alongside him, understanding the difficulties of operating property in Lancashire and being such an effective team bringing individual value from business and hospitality led to the creation of Open Door Property Management.
